Our dear Brothers and Sisters, Dr. Williams and I are thankful to God for allowing us to serve the great state of South Carolina. During our previous administration the entire 7th Episcopal District accomplished a great many things. Now, we are looking forward to a new opportunity for continued growth and progress in kingdom building.
